In excess amounts as time passes, however, it can cause severe medical problems not the least which is alcoholism, an illness. The truth is, if you don't do any exercising at all and you use bodybuilding supplements, chances are they won't have any effect. You might as well just be choosing a placebo. They only work if you're physically active and building a consistent workout routine. It is precisely what their intended purpose is and then any other use is misuse.

Is really a word of warning: If you do decide to use bodybuilding supplements, stick with the ones that have been on the marketplace at least three years. The most effective supplements are those who have stood the test of time. The same can be said for exercise routines. Keep yourself safe and sane.
