A US soldier has plead guilty and agreed to testify agianst 3 others in his squad for the raping and killing of a 14 year old Iraqi girl and killing her family.

In a shocking turn of events, one of the 4 members of the 101st Airborne accused with the pre-planned raping and killing of a 14 year old family, and the execution of her family to cover their crimes, has plead guilty and intends to testify against the other members of his squad in their courts-martial.

Spc. James P. Barker, who plead guilty, has gone on record describing the planning, execution, and concealment of their crimes that occured last spring. Two of the other accused, Sgt. Paul E. Cortez and Pfc. Jesse V. Spielman, could face the death penalty if found guilty for their involment.

Last week, former private Steve Green pleaded not guilty for his involment in the crimes.
