A spokesman for Michael Richards and the attorney representing four black men targeted by a racial tirade made by Richards at a comedy club have announced that both parties will meet face to face.

The idea to meet face to face, put forth by Gloria Allred, attorney for the four men who heckled Richards during a stand up routine and were targeted by a racial tirade made by Richards, was agreed to by Richards. While the exact time and place of the meeting is yet unknown, it was announced that a retired judge would mediate and determine if any further action by either parties is warrented.

Howard Rubenstein, attorney for Richards, believes that a cash settlement might be part of the resolution.
