Abstract

Michael Richards, an actor known best for his role as 'Kramer' from the TV Sit Com Smash 'Seinfeld', was caught on video on stage making racial slurs at hecklers in the audience.

Last Friday night during an stand-up comedy set at the Laugh Factory in LA, Michael Richards lost his cool when heckled by members of the crowd and shouted profanities and what Richards himself later admited were racial slurs back at the heckles.

Richards angerly shouted the n-word amoung other insults at the heckling audience members. Initially shocked, the crowd turned against Richards who soon after left the stage.

Richards is set to appear on David Letterman this (Monday) evening on CBS apparently to apologize and to explain his outbursts.
