[edit] Abstract
The deputy health minister for Iraq was kidnapped from his own home by men wearing police uniforms and driving police cars.
[edit] Details
While this is not the first time men wearing Iraqi police uniforms have raided and kidnapped people in Iraq, but this time it was an Iraqi minister taken from his own home. At least 24 men stormed into the minister's home at 5pm in Adhamiya, abducting him and getting away in police cars and pickup trucks.
This lastest abduction follows on the heels of a mass kidnapping of government employees by armed men also wearing Iraqi national police uniforms and driving a mix of police cars and pickup trucks.
