On August 11, two LAPD officers, Patrick Farrell and Alexander Schlegel, spoted a wanted man, chased him down, and arrested him. The officers claimed he resisted arrest and they used sufficient force to bring him into custody.
However, the arrest was captured on tape (Video above) and the video has been posted online on numerous public websites, including YouTube.com. As news of this video became widespread many people began to question the LAPD and other local authorities regarding the issue.
Now, the FBI has announced that they will investigate this incident.
