This page is intended as a place to include links, info, guides and everything else pertaining to creating a new article in ClickToNews.com. A How-To-Post, if you will.

Before You Post

Before posting a new news story in ClickToNews, first make sure:

• There is not already an article posted for your story.
• Prepare your info: make sure you have everything you need for your post, including source info for your article and any external links / urls that you may need in your post

Creating A New Article

New articles are created by first giving the article a headline. The headline is used as the page title within ClickToNews.com. The headline should be short and as to-the-point as possible, while still conveying the core idea of your new news article.

To begin creating a new article, enter your new headline in the Create New Article form. You will then be taken to the 'edit' page for your new article. The new article which has the headline as its page title is intially filled with an Article template, including places for an Abstract, Details and Source sections for your articles.

Edit the page as desired / required, adding the proper text inplace of the templates placeholder text.
